Sleep. I can't get on top of sleep. Work. I can't get on top of work. Leisure. I can't get on top of leisure. Attitude. I can't get on top of attitude. Getting my shit together. I can't get on top of getting my shit together.

Cutting my caffeine intake by roughly two thirds. No more penguin mints, no more coffee after 10 am or so. Surprisingly not hard (the 8 cup supercharge that starts at 6AM may have something to so with that).

Caffeine. I can't get on top of caffeine.

Also blogging. I can't get on top of blogging.
